THE POLICIES

BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR SEAT

Arrive Early

Patrons must arrive at least 20 minutes before the performance for a brief seating and safety orientation with Front of House staff.

Late Arrival Not Permitted

Late arrival is not permitted for on-stage seating. Patrons arriving after the required arrival time may be reseated in an available seat elsewhere in the house and are not guaranteed access to their purchased on-stage seat. If no available seat exists, a refund is not guaranteed.

Remain Seated

Once seated, patrons must remain in their assigned seats for the duration of the performance. Patrons may not get up once the performance begins.

No Return to On-Stage Seat

If a patron must be escorted from their on-stage seat for any reason, they will not be permitted to return to that seat and will instead be reseated in an available seat elsewhere in the house.

Relocation at SLAM FRANK's Discretion

The SLAM FRANK team reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to move a patron from an on-stage seat to an available Orchestra seat for any reason, including, but not limited to, signs of sickness or inebriation, or anything that may disrupt or endanger the performance or performers.

On-stage seating is limited and available for select performances. All on-stage patrons must be 18 or older.
